Name:Dutch Oven Creamy Swiss Chicken and Scallop Potatoes
Ingredients:
4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
8-10 slices of swiss cheese
½ cup of mayo
½ cup sour cream
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ t salt
½ t pepper
1 t garlic powder
Recipe:
Heat up coals like normal to cook using a dutch oven. Mix mayo, sour cream, ½ cup of parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl to create a creamy mixture. Wash, peel and slice potatoes. Wash and dry chicken breast and place in one half of dutch oven then add potatoes to the other half. Layer slices of swiss cheese over chicken and potatoes. Generously spread creamy mixture on top and add remaining parmesan cheese. Cook until done. Enjoy!
