NON-ALCOHOLIC 

S'mores Hot Chocolate

Servings 2
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes

Ingredients
2 servings Powdered Hot Chocolate Mix
16 oz hot water
4 Marshmallows
2 Tablespoons Crushed Graham Crackers
Chocolate Sauce For drizzle topping

Combine hot water and hot cocoa mix
Roast marshmallows over fire until soft, smear over cup rim, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers, and drizzle with chocolate sauce.

Campfire Coffee

Servings 2
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes

6 tbsp Freshly Ground Coffee
16 oz Water
Small Pot
1 Campfire
Small Measuring Cup

Add water to your pot
Place the pot on the campfire and bring water to a boil
Once boiling, remove the pot from the fire and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
Add coffee to water and stir grounds
Allow the pot with the coffee to steep for 2 minutes.
Stir Again
Let the coffee sit for another 2 minutes
Settle coffee grounds to the bottom of the cup by adding a splash of colder water
Pour liquid into your mug.

Lemon Ginger Tea

Servings 2
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes

4 cups water
1 lemon
1 piece ginger, 2-3 inch
2 teaspoons preferred sweetener

Bring water to a boil
Slice ginger and lemon, and add to the hot water.
Steep for 5-10 minutes.
Add sweetener to your mug
Strain and pour tea into a mug.
Enjoy!

Hot Apple Cider

Servings 6
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes

8 cups fresh apple cider
2 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 orange - sliced

Heat the cider, spices, and orange slices in a pot.
Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the mixture is hot, stir occasionally
Strain the cider into mugs.
Enjoy!

Hot Mulled Wine

Servings 4
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes

1 bottle red wine
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 whole cinnamon sticks
2 inch piece ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon whole cloves
2 oranges, cut in round slices

Combine the wine, maple syrup, and spices in a pot.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges into the mixture, add the peels to the pot.
Simmer over medium-low heat at least 30 minutes to allow all the flavors to meld.
Pour into mugs
Enjoy!

Camp Hot Toddy

Servings 1
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes

¾ cup water
1 ½ ounces whiskey
2 t teaspoons honey, to taste
2 teaspoons lemon juice, to taste
1 lemon round for garnish

In a saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Pour the hot water into a mug.
Add the whiskey, honey and emon juice. Stir until the honey has disappeared into the hot water.
Garnish with a lemon round.
Enjoy!

Spicy Hot Cocoa

Servings 1
Prep Time 2 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes

2 oz tequila
6 oz hot chocolate
Ground cinnamon, to taste
2 tsp chili powder
½ tsp salt

Make hot chocolate to your liking
Add chili powder, cinnamon, and salt
Pour into mug, and add tequila
Stir and enjoy!
