Hike: 黄山,the Yellow Mountain in China
Length + Difficulty :10 miles, moderate, overnight hike
Summary: We hiked up the east trail, which was fairly straight forward. I've never been on a mountain that had a hotel at the top but this one had three. We stayed in the cheapest one. Then we got up at 4 in the morning to go watch a spectacular sunrise at Brightness peak. We hiked down the west trail which was much more picturesque with lots more ups and downs. The cloud sea didn't show up while we were there but it was still breathtaking.
What to bring: Toilet paper. Anywhere you go in China you should bring your own toilet paper.

Gear: Big Cottonwood-20
Top three features:
1. Super roomy
2. Very soft and comfortable
3. Keeps you toasty warm
Best for: Cold weather car camping, not for backpacking
