Zucchini
Beets
Kale
Yellow Onion
Fresh Garlic Cloves
Turkey Bacon
Olive Oil or Kerrygold Butter
Tony’s Creole Seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Recipe:
Wash and cut all of your vegetables
Slice the turkey bacon into bite sized pieces, and preheat your pan.
Heat up the butter or olive oil.
Throw the beets in the pan When they are softened up, add the zucchini. Let that cook for a few minutes and then throw everything else in the pan with the seasonings. Finish cooking and serve while it’s hot! Easy one-pan meal that is good for you and has the most beautiful colors.
