Shipping Policy

We want to get your gear out the door and onto your next adventure as quickly as we can. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is added on top of processing and depends on where your order is headed.

We ship to the United States and Canada only. Warranty replacements shipped outside the U.S. are subject to a $50 shipping fee.

Our warehouse is located on the West Coast, so transit times generally run:

  • West Coast: about 2–4 business days after your order ships
  • East Coast: about 5–7 business days after your order ships

These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, holidays, and severe weather.

Please note: we are not able to offer overnight or expedited shipping. If you're ordering for a camping trip or a specific date, please plan ahead and order early so your gear arrives in time.
